From our new workshop facility in the hamlet of Newpound near Wisborough Green; we can provide fixed price servicing, diagnosis and specialist repairs that exceed main dealer standards. We use approved BMW specification oils such as Petronas, Fuchs & Castrol; we keep a stock of all the most common genuine BMW service parts, bulbs and batteries for your car. We adhere to the manufacturer’s service schedule and record the work carried out in your booklet or on BMWs online system. We have BMW Key Reader so can quickly update you as to what your car requires on arrival.

We have recently invested in Autologic diagnostic which offers main dealer level functionality for diagnosis and programming, BMW Master Technician telephone support and wiring diagrams. We also still have both BMW ISTA / ISTA /P, Bosch KTS 570 diagnostic machines and oscilloscope and access to BMW AG online technical information, software downloads and diagnosis.

Andy managed to locate the old archived records which confirms the stamp in the book was genuine, and provided me a copy (Minus previous owners details of course) of the invoice.

There was no financial incentive to respond to me, and I have not used this garage, but I still received outstanding customer service. This leaves me in no doubt, any work undertaken here would receive the same level of honest due care and attention.
